Vegan Pesto

My quick and easy Vegan Pesto is the perfect accompany to any meal. It’s versatile, nutritious and so full of flavour & tang.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh basil

  • 2 tbs pine nuts

  • 3 tbs nutritional yeast

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • 1/4 cup water

Throw all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour over your favourite pasta or over a crispy greens salad.
