Scrambled Tofu

Packed full of protein and calcium, scrambled tofu makes an incredibly quick, easy and tasty breakfast for both plant-based eaters and omnivores.

Ingredients

  • 270g silken tofu

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

In a large non-stick pan, crumble the tofu and add the spices with a small splash of filtered water.

Cook on med-high for about 5 mins or until the water is fully soaked up.

Serve with toasted sourdough, fresh rocket, tomatoes and sliced avocado.
