During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss the condition(s) you’re seeing me for and how the condition(s) affect you. You will also be asked questions regarding multiple body systems to help me draw a wider picture of your health.
Herbal medicines, supplements, lifestyle and dietary modifications may be prescribed where necessary. Please note: herbal formulas and supplements are an additional cost.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable answering a question we can move on, however, I do encourage you to be as open as you feel comfortable, in order to tailor the best treatment for you.
Any information you disclose with me will remain completely confidential under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Yes. Your follow-up consultations will asses how well the treatment plan is working for you and we will progress your treatment where necessary.
You will also be able to disclose any other concerns that may be presenting for you.

Every case varies. I encourage you to be patient on your healing journey as we are working towards treating the underlying causes of your condition and enhancing your bodies ability to heal, rather than solely symptom treating.
Typically, the better you adhere to your treatment program the quicker you will see results.

Yes, consults are conducted via Telehealth, Australia-Wide.

Yes. While testing can offer us a deep insight into your health, it is not necessary to begin treatment and start seeing real progress.

Functional testing measures your sex hormones, how your body clears oestrogen, testosterone and other androgens, your cortisol rhythm across the day, and markers for nutrients, gut health, and sleep.
You may also be referred on for a full thyroid panel.

DNA testing covers three panels most relevant to women’s hormonal health: hormones, skin and overall health. Together, this gives us a deep insight to your unique biology.

No. It's a once-off test because your DNA does not change.
However, genes can be ‘switched on and off’ depending on diet and lifestyle, which is why DNA testing can be an invaluable part of your long-term treatment.
