Vegan Sour Cream

Made using just 4 simple ingredients, my Vegan Sour Cream is a healthy dairy-free alternative that can be used in place of conventional sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1 tbs nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2 cup warm water

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Sour cream can be added to a hearty mushroom stroganoff, enjoyed on top of healthy tempeh nachos or as a dip for air-fried wedges.
